Keys of Service
In 2023 we developed the 4 Keys of Service which we felt encompasses our core values within PCBDD. These 4 keys serve as the basis on which each of our team members make decisions to provide the best possible customer service to our clients, direct support professionals, our community and to one another.
Key #1: Safety – ensuring the security of information and physical and emotional well-being while promoting safety within our community
Key #2: Communication – providing clear information to those we serve and to one another
Key #3: Opportunity – seeking out and supporting new opportunities for those we serve and providing opportunities of inclusion within our community and to our community partners
Key #4: Partnership – building stable relationships and connections of trust while sharing ideas between individuals, families, Direct Support Professionals and community partners
